Never Multiply by Zero

By Adam Niall

There’s a simple rule in math:
Anything multiplied by zero becomes zero.
Doesn’t matter how big or strong the number was before – if you throw a zero into the equation, the whole thing collapses.

Same goes for life.

You can have the best mindset, the perfect plan, momentum on your side – but if you keep multiplying it by the wrong habits, people, environments, or excuses… you’re wiping it all out.

That one toxic relationship you won’t let go of? Multiply by zero.
That “just one weekend” where you ditch all discipline? Multiply by zero.
That inner voice you keep listening to that says “you’re not good enough”? Multiply by zero.
That lack of action when you know exactly what you should be doing? Multiply by zero.

We all have zeros in our lives.
Things that subtract instead of multiply.
Things that drain instead of fuel.
Things that feel “harmless” in the moment but kill your long game.

Here’s the truth:

You don’t need perfect conditions to win. You don’t need to be 100% every day. But you do need to protect your momentum from being multiplied by zero.

Small daily wins stack.
So do small daily losses.

When in doubt, ask yourself:

Is this multiplying what I want? Or canceling it out completely?

Cut the zeros.
Stack the wins.
Protect your progress like your future depends on it — because it does.
