Genesis is the very first book of the Bible. Most people think of it as either ancient history or an old religious myth. But what if it’s something more? What if it’s also an example of a map of the human mind? Carl Jung, the psychologist who talked about the shadow and the journey toward wholeness, believed myths tell... Continue Reading →
The Cost Of Chasing “Optimal”
In the fitness and health world today, we’re drowning in the obsession with “optimal.” Biohack your sleep.Track your HRV.Measure your micronutrients to extend your life by 0.6 years.Wear blue light glasses.Sip butter coffee.Block EMFs.Go keto. Go carnivore. Go “whole food vegan-ish.”Red light therapy. Cold plunges. NAD infusions. Methylene blue. Barefoot shoes. Butthole sunning... It’s a... Continue Reading →
The Lie of Peer Review: How Propaganda Became Science
Most people still believe "peer-reviewed" means “proven.”They say it with conviction, like it’s a divine seal of truth.Like the phrase itself is an ironclad defense against doubt. But what they don’t realize is this:“Peer review” isn’t a scientific safeguard. It’s a political filter. And worse yet, it was built not by scientists, but by propagandists. Let’s... The Price of The Mission
There’s a kind of silence most people never hear. It’s not the absence of sound. It’s the stillness that shows up when you’ve let go of things you swore you’d never part with… and yet, somehow, you're still standing. If you want to be fulfilled... not just content, not just entertained, but fulfilled, the kind that lets you look in the mirror with weight in your chest and peace in your bones, there’s something you need to accept: You’re going to have to let go of things you never imagined living without. Sometimes it’s money. A comfortable salary. A car that turns heads. A house that feels like home, even when it no longer fits the man you’re becoming. Other times, it’s harder. Friendships. Relationships. People you love, people who once loved you. No one talks about this part. Not in the books, not on stage, not in those highlight-reel podcasts about “chasing your dreams.” Reality is, you can’t build a mission that matters without sacrifice. Not a real one. See, when you have that ache, that deep, unshakable knowing that you were meant for more, you also inherit a responsibility. That “more” isn’t free. It demands pieces of you. It pulls you into solitude, forces you to bleed, and strips away every excuse you once clung to. It’s brutal. You’ll be misunderstood. You’ll be judged. You’ll be resented, especially by the ones who thought they knew you. You might even find that the more committed you become, the more people you lose. Some of them will walk away quietly. Others will rage. And a few… well, a few will look you in the eye and swear they’re proud of you, then disappear the moment you stop playing small. But here’s the part that matters: The mission doesn’t care. And neither should you. Because the mission, if it’s real, isn’t about you. It’s not about being liked. It’s not about safety or approval or even happiness. It’s about legacy. And legacy never comes cheap. —Adam Niall
The Castrated Internet
There was a time before feeds were addictive, before fact-checks became gospel, before every post felt like it needed legal review, when the internet actually belonged to the people using it. It was messy. Chaotic. Sometimes uncomfortable. But it was real. You could stumble across something wild. You could read an idea that punched you... Continue Reading →
To Sharpen a Knife, You Have to Hurt It
I heard this idea the other day, Tim Allen was talking about knives. I have always enoyed listening to Tim speak about life, cars, machines, etc. He has a very unique (in this day in age especially) view on the world. Speaking of knives, he said something that really stuck out to me:"In order to... Continue Reading →
You Wouldn’t Last 10 Minutes…
If you were thrown 200 years into the past, you'd be dead weight. No skills. No toughness. No value. And deep down, you know it. Modern men are soft because we're no longer required to know how to build, fix, protect, and create. We know how to consume. We know how to scroll. We know how to complain. But build something... You’re A Poser
Yeah, I’m talking to you. You’re a poser. So am I. We all are. That polished version of yourself you bring to work…That mask you wear in your marriage…That highlight reel you post while your soul’s rotting... It’s fake. But it’s not entirely your fault. You were born into a broken system. You see, every man is infected... Continue Reading →
