Nutrition isn’t Just Food

Nutrition is what you nourish your body with.

Not only the type and amount of food you ingest but also:

  • The people you surround yourself with 
  • The shows you watch
  • The place you live 
  • The things you read 
  • Your significant other 
  • The types of products you choose to use 
  • Sunlight 

Choose wisely when it comes to these things because they all dictate your optimal health

  • Surrounded by shit people? You will be a shit person.
  • Watch nonsense TV? You will be lazy and unmotivated.
  • Live in a negative environment? Your health will suffer.
  • Read only the news? You will be angry and toxic.
  • In a bad relationship? Your physical and mental health suffers. 
  • Use products containing toxins and poisons? Your health will suffer. 
  • Never go outside and get adequate sunlight? Vit D deficiency and your health will suffer. 

These aren’t “maybes”. These are all factually 100% true. But they are also avoidable, treatable, and fixable. The question is, ARE YOU WILLING TO CHANGE?
